Position: Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Location: Krakow

Position Objective:

Arvato  is looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcing Specialist  to join our  dynamic team. You will be a search expert by clearly understanding hiring needs, job specifications and recruitment timeframes. You will need to develop and execute a broad based sourcing strategy to deliver a viable talent pipeline for the company and be a social media guru.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive screening of candidates including career preferences, salary, availability and initial assessment of capability

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Coordinate interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

  • Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes

  • Providing candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews

  • Responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches and research.

  • Dealing with third party recruitment agencies

  • Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing

  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques. Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Consistently source high quality candidates for all business areas utilising appropriate sourcing methods

  • Ensure a consistent, legal and fair approach to hiring, creating a positive and high quality experience for internal and external candidates.

  • Ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation and best practice

  • Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

 Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment or sourcing.

  • Experience within a Business Outsourcing environment desirable

  • Proficiency in Office and Drive packages.

  • Online Social Media Knowledge required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Positive Drive, "Can-do-attitude" is essential

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and budget constraints
