Foreign-Speaking Customer Telephone Service ConsultantForeign-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant

The work of a Foreign-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant consists in answering the incoming calls from our Customers, i.e.: airlines, mobile networks or users of computer software and any people interested in highly-specialized IT training.
 
The recruitment for the job of the Foreign-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant composes of several stages:

    • verification and selection of applications (CV and cover letter)
    • calling selected candidates and familiarizing them with the job offer
    • the first language verification using a phone test – the date of the test is agreed in advance with the candidate
    • a meeting in our offices with people who passed the phone test (further language verification, familiarizing with the job offer)

 

Polish-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant

The work of a Polish-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant consists in answering calls from our Polish speaking Customers.

Telemarketer/Telesales Representative
 
The work of a Telemarketer consists in active sale of our Customer’s products and services  on the phone.
 
Back Office Employee
 
The work of a Back Office Employee consists in handling e-mails from our Customers, maintaining correspondence, verifying documents and entering data into databases.
 
The recruitment for a Polish-Speaking Customer Telephone Service Consultant/Telemarketer/Back Office Employee composes of several stages:
 
  • verification and selection of applications (CV and cover letter)
  • calling selected candidates and familiarizing them with the job offer
  • a meeting in our offices (competences verification, familiarizing with the job offer)
